  • A revolutionary non-ablative Er:YAG intraoral treatment for controlled and gentle “bulk-heating” to stimulate collagen contraction in the internal mucosal tissue in the buccal area inside the mouth which can help to tighten the nasal labial folds, marionette zone, jowls and buccal fat – all from the inside out!

    In addition to an immediate effect resulting in the shrinkage of collagen fibers, the initiation of new collagen generation occurs. The effects result in an overall improvement of tightness and elasticity in the treated tissue as well as a plumping effect to the nasolabial folds from the inside, much like a filler.

Non-Invasive Plumping for Fuller Lips without Injectables

Fotona Liplase helps to stimulate collagen remodeling and Initiates new collagen synthesis for fuller, smoother lips. No injections or downtime with immediate results that patients will notice!

For most patients, results can be seen immediately after the first session. Each treatment lasts 15 minutes. For best results, we recommend a minimum of 4 treatments, every 2-3 weeks with maintenance as needed. Results can last up to 12 months.

Fotona SmoothEye — eye tightening

A non-ablative laser treatment that is used to tighten loose and aging skin of the eyelids and periocular region. The intense, controlled surface tissue heating stimulates collagen remodeling and initiates neocollagenesis. Many clients see an instant improvement due to stimulated collagen contraction, but these will continue to develop, with optimal results visible after 3-4 months. After a few treatment sessions, the result is improved skin elasticity, overall structure, and volume with significant wrinkle reduction. We recommend 3-4 treatments once a month with maintenance as needed.

Fotona Fractional Skin Resurfacing

Target large pores, crepey skin, and fine lines with a fully customizable treatment that is safe for all skin types. At Esteem, we use the versatile Fotona™ fractional laser for patients concerned about wrinkles, fine lines, acne scars, and irregular skin texture. We can treat all these without the downtime associated with traditional full-field resurfacing.

Our Er:YAG laser is split into micro-beams creating a fractionated pattern that results in approximately 50% of the skin being targeted. This fractionated technique promotes faster healing and improves collagen stimulation. The Fotona laser’s flexibility enables us to fine-tune treatments based on your specific skin condition. This method targets imperfections in the skin while reducing the impact on the surrounding healthy tissue.

Treatment takes between 30min to 1 hour, topical numbing is applied and cold air is given for added comfort. A minimum of 3 treatments done once a month is recommended, depending upon your skin concern and desired outcome. During your consultation with our Fotona experts, she will determine the best energy level to treat your concerns and create a customized treatment plan for you. After the treatment, you can experience approximately 48 hours of redness that resembles a sunburn and pinpoint bleeding. Cold vinegar compresses can be applied for comfort and Tylenol every 4 hours is acceptable if needed. After 36 hours the redness will start to subside and the abnormal cells will gradually peel and slough off. A light exfoliation can be done on day 7 to smooth off the peeling skin.

Fotona Stretch Mark/ Scar Treatment

Laser skin resurfacing is used for the gentle ablation of scar tissue and activation of collagen remodeling. An effective and safe laser treatment for stretch marks that is appropriate for all skin types. It softens and flattens the appearance of stretch marks while improving the overall appearance of the skin.

A two-step procedure that combines skin tightening with ablative resurfacing:

  • Step 1: Non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH® mode applied to the treatment area, which is ideal for skin tightening. The intense, controlled surface tissue heating stimulates collagen remodeling and initiates neocollagenesis. The effects result in an overall improvement of laxity and elasticity in the treated areas.

  • Step 2: Skin ablation with a full or fractional Er:YAG beam, which improves the scar characteristics of striae and removes superficial imperfections.
