Dr. Jezdic and her nurses are expertly trained to offer diagnostic and treatment services for conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, skin rashes and skin allergies, scars, pigmentary disorders, screening, and surgical treatment of skin cancers.

PRESCRIPTION SKIN
Accutane treatment supervision. Topical cream and oral medications can be prescribed by Dr. Jezdic to help treat various skin conditions such as rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, acne, hyperpigmentation, scarring, etc.
Steroid Injections
Steroid injections, also called corticosteroid injections, are anti-inflammatory medicines used to treat a range of conditions. Can help with cystic acne lesions, keloid scarring, and hair loss.

Sclerotherapy
Sclerotherapy was developed over 75 years ago and is at present one of the most prevalent treatments for spider and varicose veins.
Sclerotherapy involves injecting a chemical solution directly into the varicose or spider vein. The solution causes the vein walls to swell, stick together and seal shut, stopping the flow of blood. As a result, the body then starts a natural healing process and the vein begins to decompose, shrink, and eventually disappear. Varicose veins are caused by weak or damaged valves in the veins. Depending on the number of veins being treated in any given session, treatment can last anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes. Multiple treatments are recommended with the use of compression stockings post-treatment.

Dr. Jezdic can help diagnose and treat various medical skin conditions. Suspicious lesions can be sent away for biopsy.

CRYOTHERAPY (Liquid Nitrogen)
Cryotherapy, sometimes known as cold therapy, is the local or general use of low temperatures in medical therapy. Cryotherapy may be used to treat a variety of tissue lesions including warts and skin tags, which are skin growths or patches that don't look like the skin around them. Our medical experts use liquid nitrogen to destroy these abnormal tissues.

BLU-U® with Levulan
This levulanic acid and light therapy treatment can be excellent options for the treatment of both actinic keratosis (a form of sun damage) and acne.
BLU-U® treatment for precancerous actinic keratosis that utilizes photodynamic therapy with a topical formulation called Levulan. Levulan, known scientifically as aminolevulinic acid HCl, can help treat common skin problems such as actinic keratoses, precancerous lesions, and early-stage carcinomas.
BLU-U® blue light photodynamic therapy is an advanced treatment for managing acne (moderate inflammatory acne vulgaris). It is recommended as an alternative to or in combination with antibiotics or topical treatments. Employing therapeutic blue light, BLU-U® selectively targets and destroys acne-causing bacteria (P. Acnes). Treatments are safe and comfortable, managing acne in teenagers and adults. The average patient will experience a gradual improvement of active acne and breakouts with several BLU-U® treatments.

Therapeutic Botox®
Botox is a prescription medication approved for treating certain medical conditions. Botox relaxes your muscles or reduces glandular or nerve activity, which helps reduce the pain or symptoms of some medical conditions. Dr. Jezdic can help you find your way to treat conditions like hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), migraines, and TMJ associated pain.
BOTOX® for Hyperhidrosis
Hyperhidrosis is a medical condition that causes excessive sweating that's not always related to heat or exercise. While it is not a life-threatening condition, it can seriously affect your quality of life. Thankfully, this condition is highly treatable. Botox (botulinum toxin) has been used as a treatment for hyperhidrosis for over 25 years. Its safety and efficacy have long been established through numerous studies. Patients have consistently reported a significant decrease in sweat production and an increase in quality of life within 2 weeks of treatment. BOTOX® is injected intradermally into the affected area, 95% of patients experienced an average reduction in sweating of 83% in one week. Results can last up to 7 months and it is the only prescription medication approved to effectively treat hyperhidrosis.

BOTOX® for Migraines
BOTOX® is a muscle relaxant that is injected into the muscles or deep into the skin. It works by partially blocking the nerve impulses to any muscles that have been injected and reducing excessive contractions of these muscles. In the case of chronic migraine, it is thought that BOTOX® blocks the pain signals, which indirectly blocks the development of migraine. BOTOX® migraine treatment is injected by our doctor around your head and neck where chronic migraine affects you. It is recommended that you receive your BOTOX® treatments 12 weeks apart.

BOTOX® FOR TMJ
BOTOX® is used as an alternative treatment for TMJ (temporomandibular joint) disorders and associated jaw tension and pain. When injected into facial muscles afflicted with soreness and discomfort, BOTOX® relieves TMJ and jaw tension for many patients. The injections often eliminate headaches resulting from teeth grinding, and, in cases of severe stress, BOTOX® can even minimize lockjaw. Although BOTOX® treatment for these conditions is presently experimental; evidence indicates that it can be extremely effective.

Laser Vein Removal
A quick, effective, and non-invasive procedure that uses a focused beam of light to heat and destroy affected veins. Vascular conditions on the face and legs, including rosacea, facial veins, vascular lesions, spider veins, varicose veins, and reticular veins, can be reduced with laser vein treatments.
Multiple sessions may be recommended to achieve the best outcomes. Facial Veins require treatments every 4-6 weeks. Leg veins require treatment every 8-12 weeks. Maintenance, as needed, can be done in conjunction with sclerotherapy. Laser vascular treatments are practically free from pain and side effects. Some patients compare the laser pulse to the snap of a thin rubber band. The most common side effects include some redness and warmth at the treatment site. Most people are able to resume their normal activities immediately following treatments

Fotona Laser Pain Treatment
Laser treatment targets inflammation in the joints or areas of pain, leading to a reduction in inflammatory-related pain. Treatment takes less than 30 minutes and recommended number of treatments is two per week for a minimum of four weeks. Continued maintenance every three months or as needed.

Fotona Laser Hair Restoration
Stimulates dormant hair follicles through controlled, gentle bulk-heating. This restoration technique increases blood flow to the scalp, resulting in the natural regrowth of hair. Treatment takes 30 minutes and the recommended number of treatments is 6-12 done every two weeks.
